1. PEO (Poly Ethylene Oxide):

PEO is a nonionic water-soluble thermoplastic resin with properties that include excellent
coagulation, reduction of friction, binding effect and thickening. PEO can be used in a wide
range of industrial applications. PEO is a hydrophilic thermoplastic polymer. Due to its non-ionic
nature PEO gives a neutral aqueous solution.

Improved Sheet formation, Improved Quality, Decrease of basis weight, Stable
operation, Produce soft feeling paper, Increase of dry paper strength, Cost cutting, Produce
paper at high speed, High-value added, increase of productivity.

2. Softener:

Softeners/ softening agent are for the production of bulk and surface softness tissue grades.
These may be used either in the wet end of the tissue machine or sprayed onto the tissue
during production. Included in this range are softeners which may be applied during
conversion for enhanced properties such as anti-bacterial, emollient and fragrance effects.

These are high grade chemicals that are praised for their premium quality and widely use in
Weak Cation, excellent adsorption to tissue fibers, significant improvement of touch feel and
surface softness of tissues.

Emulsions with excellent shear stability are suitable for various additive processes;
Treated tissues with good water absorption and permeability. Improvement of antistatic and
antibacterial properties of tissues.

3. Wet Strength Resin:

Wet-strength additives comprise to significantly improve the wet strength of Tissue paper.
Improved wet strength, improved retention and drainage, Enhanced creping control
Improved dry strength, Reduced chemical costs, improved machine runnability.

4. Releasing Aid:

These are comprise of a range of vegetable, mineral and synthetic release agents including
plasticisers to complement the adhesives for all types of tissue production, edge control and
papers requiring release properties.

These aids provide you with a consistent and uniform coating film to aid in the release of the
sheet. Our release aids curve to add additional sheet properties, such as improved softness
or increased absorbency.

5. Coating:

These coating modifiers are highly adaptive technologies that alter the functional characteristics
of adhesion in response to changing conditions, helping to control rewettability, coating
development, rheology and uniformity. Key benefits include controlled adhesion, bulk/caliper
improvements, increased stretch and coating uniformity.

These are comprised of a range of coating adhesives for the manufacture of bathroom, facial,
napkin and towels. It includes specially formulated products to provide adhesives ranging from
both soft and hard tack to soft set and quick set for slow machines.

6. Dry Strength Additive:

Dry strength additives are used to improve paper strength under different conditions by
assisting the formation of internal bonds between fibers. Dry strength additives are usually
polymers of acrylamide comes in the form of cationic, anionic and amphoteric which are
water-soluble chemicals that are mixed with the pulp at the wet end of the paper making
process.

Advantages of dry strength chemical:

a. Increase tensile strength of paper
b. Impart increment the degree of paper stiffness
c. Increase sheet caliper/Bulk through reduced pulp refining thus saving energy
d. Perform over a wide pH range
